The website of the independent Tomsk news agency TV2 has been blocked in Russia, editor-in-chief Viktor Muchnik said on Facebook. According to the GlobalCheck service, all major operators have already restricted access to the agency's website.

He added that he called the regional department of Roskomnadzor to clarify whether the regulator had indeed blocked the site. The journalist could not get a clear answer.
