The Ukrainian financial system and the NBU electronic payment system will operate without restrictions on weekends.
State PrivatBank has canceled the holidays on March 5-8. Branches will work in a reduced mode, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
«On March 5-8, PrivatBank will work, our branches will open where possible, and will work in a reduced mode: from 10 to 13 hours. The Ukrainian financial system and the NBU electronic payment system will work on weekends without restrictions», — The message says.
The bank reminded that under martial law, cash withdrawals (except for credit funds) at PrivatBank ATMs are limited: UAH 20,000 for 3 hours, UAH 100,000 per day. At ATMs of other banks: UAH 1000/one operation; 15 000 UAH for 3 hours. Such limits are set so that as many customers as possible have the opportunity to receive cash.
«PrivatBank cards abroad. You can use payment cards for cash withdrawals and payments. There are no restrictions on non-cash payments abroad», — The report says.
Recall that the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) obliged banks to work seven days a week on March 7-8 during martial law. The departments will work in conditions where there is no threat to the life and health of the population.
