Nestor Shufrich commented on his selfie near one of the checkpoints. People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Opposition Platform for Life party faction said that on March 4 he took a selfie to show that he was in Kyiv, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
“Yesterday, when I took a selfie to show that I am in Kyiv, I chose this place, why I think there is no need to explain. Believe me, there was not a single checkpoint around. There were several concrete slabs, which no one pays attention to in today's Kyiv. When I almost finished taking pictures, I won’t say from where, because of the safety of those who did it, several people jumped out and fired several bursts into the air. At the same time, we did not fire a single shot, which was established by law enforcement officers”, — Shufrich reported.
Shufrich also wrote that he signaled to his guards not to do anything, seeing that Ukrainians were in front of them. According to Shufrich, he showed photos in which experts did not see anything criminal.
