" Leaving a meeting of Democratic leaders in the House, Hoyer said that a bill to ban Russian oil imports will be considered "this week" White House Secretary Jen Psaki did not answer a question about whether US President Joe Biden would sign the bill if passed. According to Psaki, Biden has not yet made a final decision about the possibility of a ban on oil imports from Russia.
