The US Intelligence Community's annual Threat Assessment Report was released on Monday. The report itself is dated February 7, and was prepared using information available as of January 21. «We estimate that Russia will remain the most significant cyber threat as it improves and exploits espionage, influence, and attack capacity. We estimate that Russia is considering cyber disruptions as a foreign policy lever to shape the decisions of other countries,» the report says. The report notes that the US also sees cyber threats from China, Iran, and North Korea.
