Tochka-U missile crash site in DonetskMOSCOW, Mar 14 People's militia of the DPR declares that it regards the shelling of Donetsk with a Tochka-U missile by Ukrainian troops, as a result of which civilians were killed and injured, as a terrorist act committed for genocidal purposes. Earlier, the headquarters of the territorial defense of the DPR reported that 20 people were killed as a result of the attack. «Ukrainian armed formations have once again used the Tochka-U tactical missile system in residential areas of Donetsk in order to genocide civilians and destroy important civilian infrastructure,» the statement posted on the Telegram channel reads.
