The Ministry of Health of the DPR, in turn, reported 16 dead and hospitalization of 23 injured. «According to operational information, the armed formations of Ukraine used the Tochka U missile launcher, the purpose of which was to destroy the administrative center of the capital of the DPR. The scattering of ammunition and their striking elements is recorded within a radius 500 meters from the Government House. The most affected location is on Universitetskaya St., near the Government House,» the statement says.
