A resident of Yekaterinburg was fined 45 thousand rubles under the article about discrediting Russian troops for an anti-war art object, according to the website of the Verkh-Isetsky District Court of the city.
Kommersant notes that the reason for the administrative case was an art object that a Yekaterinburg resident installed on March 8 in front of the regional government building — a pack of cigarettes with an inscription about the invasion of Ukraine, similar to a warning about the dangers of smoking. The pack, the newspaper writes, was removed on the same day.
Courts continue to fine Russians under a new article about fakes about the army throughout the country. According to the Agora human rights group, since March 6, at least 144 people have been fined under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Thus, the court fined a 27-year-old resident of Vladivostok 80,000, who on social networks called for participation in anti-war promotions. Two residents of Ulyanovsk were fined 30 rubles each under the same article; the details of the cases are unknown.
No war. For these two words, Russians are massively drawn up protocols under a new article of the Code of Administrative Offenses
