This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, according to Russian media.
«No, we can't take that decision into account. The International Court of Justice has such a thing as «consent of the parties». There can be no agreement here … In this case, this is something that we cannot take into account», — Peskov said.
Peskov also said that Russia and Ukraine are not yet close to signing any agreements.
