In the city of Kolpashev, Tomsk Region, a pensioner was charged with vandalism because of an inscription about the war with Ukraine on the wall of the Rybnik House of Culture. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to investigators, at night she left an “offensive inscription” about the war in Ukraine (Part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code) with white paint. The content of the inscription is not given, and it was blurred in the photo of the building in the press release. At the entrance to the Palace of Culture, you can also see a sheet with letter Z.
The message of the Ministry of Internal Affairs states that «a local resident born in 1961» is being treated as a suspect.

The court also fined a Tomsk woman 30 thousand rubles under the article on «discrediting» the Russian military (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It was not possible to find an administrative case under this article on the website of the Kolpashevo City Court.
