MOSCOW, Mar 19 Russian mixed martial artist (MMA) Sergey Kharitonov wins victory over American Malik Scott in a heavyweight boxing match at a tournament in Belarus. The fight lasted all six rounds and ended with the victory of the Russian — 58-57, 57-58, 58-57. For Kharitonov, this is the third victory in the professional ring in three fights. Previously, he knocked out the ex-contender for the belt of the World Boxing Council (WBC) British Danny Williams and ahead of schedule defeated Osborne Machimana from South Africa. Scott last entered the ring in November 2016. The 41-year-old American has 38 wins (13 by knockout), four losses and one draw. In MMA, the 41-year-old Kharitonov has 33 wins with eight losses.
