"Throughout the day, we worked out a solution for a complete reset of customs. Goods for our defense, for our people will be delivered to Ukraine as easily as the laws of physics allow. We remove absolutely all bureaucracy, all paperwork, as well as VAT, customs duties — all customs payments", — Zelensky said in a video message.
Russia began on February 24 military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine. The armed forces say they are only targeting military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops. There are casualties on both sides. Against the backdrop of hostilities in a large number of cities and villages in Ukraine, a humanitarian catastrophe is emerging.
