MOSCOW, 23 Mar. Sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev spoke about the departure of Anatoly Chubais from Russia. Western media, citing their sources, reported that Chubais had left Russia. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Chubais resigned from the post of special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for sustainable development of his own free will.
"Why is everyone so happy about Chubais's departure from Russia? Who will be to blame now? I've always paid for gas in rubles. And I advised everyone!" Guberniev wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin announced that Russia would now supply gas for rubles.
