It is noted that since then Russian specialists have been forcibly kept in the railway car in which the cargo was delivered, at the site of the Rovno nuclear power plant. «Atomspetstrans » — an enterprise of the state corporation «Rosatom», provides transportation of nuclear fuel from nuclear power plants.
