The Nizhny Novgorod District Court toughened the measure of restraint for journalist Natalya Rezontova and transferred her to house arrest. This was reported in the Resontova channel.
Since March 2021, she has been banned from certain activities.
The Federal Penitentiary Service demanded a tougher preventive measure due to Rezontova's refusal to start wearing an electronic bracelet. “In fact, this would have been two preventive measures instead of one,” the journalist noted.
