Ukrainian military in KyivMOSCOW, Mar 23 Numerous eyewitness accounts speak of terror unleashed by official Kiev against their own citizens, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Center for Defense Control of the Russian Federation, said on Wednesday. The general reported on the killings of citizens by nationalists in Sumy and Kharkov, robberies in other cities. «All these and many other facts that we declare daily are confirmed by numerous eyewitness accounts, they speak of terror unleashed and actually legalized by official Kiev against its own citizens,» Mizintsev said. According to him, this is a natural consequence of irresponsible decisions taken by Kiev to preserve its criminal power by any means, including turning the country into a «hotbed» of nationalism and terrorism.
