Petr Gumennik will replace Alexander Samarin in the free skate program at the First Channel Figure Skating Cup in Saransk, follows from the starting list of the competition. Samarin took part in the jumping tournament as part of the First Channel Cup, and also performed a short program, he represented the Vremya First team, which is in the lead before the final day of the competition — 72-71. «The agreement on such a replacement was before the competition in order to give the guys the maximum opportunity to participate in the tournament, Petya came according to the plan for a free program,» said coach Samarina Svetlana Sokolovskaya.
