In the competition, the skaters performed with a program to national songs instead of a standard rhythmic dance, as costumes, the athletes used a training uniform with national symbols. «The music of Ukrainian dancers did not include the voice of the President of Ukraine, therefore, this was not a violation of paragraph 5.1 of the code of ethics. In accordance with paragraph 102 of the ISU rules, paragraph 6.a), a skater's costume may contain his name, the name of an ISU member, a logo or an abbreviation. Therefore, the use of a national uniform was not a violation of the ISU rules,» the ISU press service said.
