The very fact that it was decided to continue the talks in a face-to-face format is important, of course. that this can only harm the negotiation process,» Peskov told reporters on Monday. He noted that the organization of negotiations in person in Istanbul will allow the parties to have a richer dialogue in terms of content. «The face-to-face format allows for a more concentrated, richer content to negotiate. So far, unfortunately, we cannot state any significant achievements or breakthroughs,» Peskov stressed.
