
SYKTYVKAR, Mar 29 Skier Natalya Nepryaeva won gold in the 10 km classic style at the Russian Championship, which takes place in Syktyvkar. The Olympic champion covered the distance in 29 minutes 16 seconds. The second place was taken by Alisa Zhambalova (lag — 40 seconds). The third was Aliya Iksanova (+52.1). Previously, Nepryaeva excelled in the sprint and skiathlon. Nepryaeva, 26 years old, is the Beijing Olympic champion in the relay, silver medalist in the skiathlon and bronze in the team sprint. In 2018, Nepryaeva won the Olympic bronze medal in the relay team. She also has three world championship medals. The Russian Championship will end on April 3rd.
