SYKTYVKAR, Apr 1 Team of the Tyumen region won the women's relay at the championship Russia in cross-country skiing in Syktyvkar. The team of the Tyumen region, which was represented by Olga Kucheruk, Natalya Mekryukova, Ekaterina Smirnova and Anna Grukhvina, showed a time of 53 minutes 46.5 seconds. The second place was taken by skiers from the first team of Tatarstan (Olga Sergeeva, Aliya Iksanova, Anastasia Dotsenko, Victoria Troshina), losing 2.5 seconds. The team of the Arkhangelsk region (+23.1 seconds), which was run by Elizaveta Gorbunova, Svetlana Nikolaeva, Svetlana Zaborskaya and the Olympic champion of the Games in Beijing in the relay Natalya Nepryaeva, won bronze medals. Previously, Nepryaeva won all the starts of the Russian championship — sprint, skiathlon, race with a separate start and a team sprint.
