"I mentioned countries that have declared their readiness to be guarantors , or those with whom we contacted and exchanged draft documents", he said.
According to him, the issue of guarantees was discussed with US President Joe Biden. Zelensky stressed that security guarantees are needed from leading states, NATO members or not. He mentioned the US, the UK, France, Germany and Turkey. «We are receiving signals that the US is considering these proposals,» Zelensky said. His remarks were translated into English.
