St. PETERSBURG, April 2 CSKA Moscow beat SKA St. Petersburg in the first final match of the Western Conference of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). The meeting, held in St. Petersburg, ended with a score of 3:1 (1:0, 0:1, 2:0). Maxim Sorkin (2nd minute), Alexander Popov (57) and Vladislav Kamenev (59) scored among the winners. Andrey Kuzmenko (23) scored the puck for the hosts. CSKA, which did not suffer a single defeat in the current Gagarin Cup, took the lead in the series up to four victories — 1-0. The second meeting will be held in St. Petersburg on April 4. According to the results of the regular season, SKA took first place in the Western Conference, CSKA — third.
