However, following the tactics of scorched earth, the Nazis continue to destroy residential buildings and infrastructure of the city, creating a humanitarian catastrophe", the publication says.
According to local residents, there is no gas in the city, they have to cook on fires. The situation with water is also difficult — the centralized water supply has been disrupted, residents have to go for water through many blocks, sometimes under shelling. The people's militia went to Rubizhne on March 13 and since then have taken control of most of the city. Fights with Ukrainian security forces continue on the outskirts.
