Minister of Sports and Tourism of Poland Kamil Bortnichuk fulfills the order of his government, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) will not pay attention to his statements, said the honorary president of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Vitaly Smirnov. Earlier, Bortnichuk spoke at a meeting of the EU Council for Education, Youth, Culture and Sports (EYCS) for excluding all Russians from the International Olympic Committee and all international sports federations.
"It is clear that Bortnichuk is a state official and fulfills the order of the government. Is he the President of the Olympic Committee? There are many ministers, and he represents the system.
