MOSCOW, Apr 5 Denver center Nikola Jokic and Atlanta point guard «Tree Young has been named the NBA's Week 24 Player of the Year in the Western and Eastern Conferences, respectively, according to the league's official website. Jokic helped his team to three wins in four games. The center averaged 34.8 points, 8.5 assists and 17.3 rebounds per game.
