The St. Petersburg Museum-Reserve Breaking the Siege of Leningrad supported the war and hung a banner with the letter Z on the facade. This is stated in the institution's VKontakte group.
“We are for peace! <…> Museum-Reserve "Breakthrough of the Siege of Leningrad" expresses its full solidarity with the armed forces of the Russian Federation in highly professional and heroic actions for the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine. As during the Great Patriotic War, the actions of the Russian military are of a liberating nature and, above all, are called upon to stop hostilities in the Donbass, as well as to remove the real threat to our Motherland from the terrorist Russophobic regime that seized power over the fraternal peoples of Ukraine, and its Western masters,” — the publication says.
The banner will be seen by all motorists passing along the Murmansk highway.
