The Dorogomilovsky District Court imposed a fine of 100 thousand rubles on Marat Grachev, the owner of the laptop and telephone service, under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Grachev's acquaintance and politician Mikhail Lobanov told about this on Twitter.
According to the card of the administrative case, the court made a decision on April 1. According to Lobanov, Grachev and two other employees of the service at the Pionerskaya metro station were detained the night before and taken to the Fili-Davydkovo police station. As a result, the subordinates of the owner of the service were released without protocols.
The reason for the protocol against Grachev was the complaint of a visitor to the shopping center where the service is located, due to the broadcast of the banner of the “No War” petition on change.org on the screen, the politician specified .
