File photoWASHINGTON, April 6 The American edition of the New York Times stated that it confirms the authenticity of the video recording of the massacre of Ukrainian security forces over captured and wounded Russian soldiers. The publication retold the cruel footage in detail and suggested that the soldiers were ambushed 30 March during the withdrawal of Russian forces from the vicinity of Kiev. The report says that the verified NYT footage allegedly depicts how «a group of Ukrainian soldiers kill Russian soldiers who were captured near a village west of Kyiv.» White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said that he saw the recording, but does not have confirmation of this information. Russia previously appealed to the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and the authorities of Germany, Turkey and France with an appeal to demand that Kyiv ensure access to the Russian prisoners of the ICRC, reserving the right to initiate the convening of a meeting in the near future UN Security Council if international humanitarian organizations do not take action on this issue.
