The President of Azerbaijan instructed the Ministries of Foreign Affairs to start preparatory work on peace talks between the two countries,» the message says. «According to the results of the meeting, an agreement was reached in accordance with the Sochi agreement of November 26, 2021, to establish a bilateral commission on the delimitation of the border between Armenia by the end of April and Azerbaijan,» the press service said.
