MOSCOW, Apr 7 Disney is considering buying the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) ), according to CNBC. Disney considered buying the UFC in 2016, the companies even agreed on the terms of the deal. Its amount was then estimated at 4.3 billion dollars. However, the deal fell through as Disney management eventually concluded that the UFC's «bloody and brutal brand» didn't fit with the company's family content. Then the UFC acquired the sports and production agency WME-IMG and several other companies and investment funds for $ 4 billion.
