MOSCOW, Apr 10 Russian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Petr Yan is not agreed with the decision of the judges on the outcome of the fight with the American Aljamain Sterling at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) tournament. On Sunday in Jacksonville (Florida, USA) at the UFC 273 tournament, Yan lost to Sterling by a split decision after five rounds and could not return the championship belt to bantamweight. «I believe I won this fight. You robbed me. I believe that I won three rounds out of five. I want a rematch!» Yan said in the octagon after the fight. This was the second fight between Yan and Sterling. In the first fight, which took place in March 2021, the Russian lost the champion title due to disqualification after an illegal knee to the head.
