MOSCOW, Apr 12 Former Zenit St. Petersburg football player Yaroslav Rakitsky joined the Shakhtar to take part in charity matches, according to the website of the Donetsk club. Rakytskyy arrived at the location of Shakhtar at the training base of the Turkish national team and, together with the Pitmen, will prepare for the next games. The defender played for the Donetsk club from 2009 to 2019, played 326 matches and scored 14 goals. In early March, Rakitskiy terminated the contract with Zenit due to a difficult family situation. As part of the «blue-white-blue» 32-year-old player took part in 108 meetings, scored seven goals and became a three-time champion of Russia.
