MOSCOW, April 13 The Federation Council approved the law on punishment for identifying the role of the USSR and Nazi Germany in World War II. As follows from the document, public assimilation of the goals, decisions and actions of the leadership, command and military personnel of the Soviet Union with the goals, decisions and actions of the leadership, command and military personnel of Nazi Germany and its allies, as well as the denial of the decisive role of the Soviet people in the defeat of the Third Reich and the humanitarian mission of the USSR in the liberation of European countries.
