"Everyone remembers the story when, since 2015, the Ukrainian authorities and their henchmen represented by the fugitive leaders of the extremist organization banned in Russia "Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people"* talked about the construction of a city in the Kherson region for internally displaced persons from Crimea.
