He emphasized that it is vital to stop NATO's deadly «aid» to Ukrainian militants: «to exclude the ingress of NATO military cargo in order to save human lives and prevent the destruction of cities and villages.» To do this, it may be necessary not only to destroy dangerous goods, but also to eliminate all possible ways of their delivery through Ukrainian territory, Klimov wrote. «All responsibility for the consequences will fall on NATO provocateurs.
