The head of the parliament of the republic, Vladimir Konstantinov, reported that the ex-president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma would be deprived of the title of «Honorary Crimean», ex-prime minister of Crimea Sergei Kunitsyn and boxer Alexander Usik — insignia «For fidelity to duty.» The head of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, supported the initiative of the deputies. «Lists are being drawn up of persons who will lose state awards due to the financing of illegal armed groups, their destructive and unfriendly activities against Russia.
