Flag of RomaniaChisinau, Apr 16The Romanian authorities decided to ban ships flying the Russian flag from entering Romanian ports from April 17, the press service of the Romanian Maritime Administration reported. According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will be on the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. In response, Western countries have imposed yet another anti-Russian sanctions since 2014.
