MOSCOW, Apr 17 Edmonton Oilers beat Vegas Golden Knights in the regular season match of the National Hockey League (NHL), thanks to which the Calgary Flames received a ticket to the playoffs. The meeting, held in Edmonton, ended 4-0 in favor of the hosts. Pucks were thrown by Chris Russell (17th minute), Cody Ceci (41), Warren Voegele (46) and Evander Kane (56). Edmonton is second in the Pacific Division standings with 94 points in 76 games. Vegas is fourth with 87 points from 76 games. Due to the defeat of the “Vegas”, a place in the playoffs was secured by the division-leading “Calgary” (99 points, 74 games).
