Archival photoSCHASTIE (LPR) Apr 17 Specialists of the International Mine Action Center of the Russian Armed Forces completed mine clearing of a thermal power plant in the city of Shchastya, Lugansk People's Republic. When the Ukrainian troops withdrew, the territory of the thermal power plant in Shchastya was mined, it was being prepared for detonation, after the territory of the thermal power plant came under the control of the LPR, its demining began, including from participation of sappers from Russia. Earlier, specialists from the International Mine Action Center of the Russian Armed Forces arrived in the LPR and began humanitarian demining. 35 hectares of territory were surveyed and about 250 explosive objects were defused.
