Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's secret meeting with Queen Elizabeth II revealed

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in Europe. They flew from America to the Netherlands for the opening of the Invictus Games in the Netherlands.

The opening ceremony of the «Undefeated Games» took place last night, April 16th. Meghan and Harry performed at the ceremony and each gave a speech. They also remembered Ukraine and its heroic warriors. Meghan Markle even said the iconic phrase «Glory to Ukraine», reports the Chronicle.info with reference to TSN

Earlier we said that before the games, the couple visited Windsor, where Queen Elizabeth II lives, where they had a meeting with the Queen and Prince Charles. The meeting was secret and no details were released. However, some details of this meeting still leaked to the press.

The Mirror writes that Meghan and Harry told Queen Elizabeth II that she would see her great-grandchildren Archie and Lilibet in the near future. It is likely that we are talking about a possible visit of the couple to the UK with their children in June to celebrate the platinum anniversary of the monarch. Recall that the couple’s daughter, Lilibet, was born in June 2021, she will turn one in June, and perhaps Harry and Megan’s visit to Britain can be combined with a baptism ceremony, because the girl has not yet been baptized. Previously, the media wrote that the Sussexes want Lily to be baptized in the same chapel as their son Archie.

In recent months, Queen Elizabeth II has had many health problems, because of this, she canceled all possible public events, with the exception of a memorial service in honor of her husband Prince Philip last month. The monarch will not appear at the Easter service today either. So Harry and Meghan should seriously consider coming to the UK to at least fulfill their promise to the Queen.

The celebration of the 70th anniversary of the throne of Queen Elizabeth II will be celebrated across Britain on a special holiday weekend from 2 to 5 June. The royals will gather at the annual Trooping the Color event, as well as a special gathering at St. Paul's Cathedral.
