"We are taking the brunt of pollution from other countries. As for the damage, we also suffer the most", Duterte said.
Blaming the developed countries, he stressed that «they have more factories», and in some industrial zones such enterprises are «almost at every turn» «Unfortunately, they are the world's largest carbon emitters. <…> Rich countries, unaffected by pollution devastation, must pay us for the damage,» the head of state concluded.
