File photoUN, Apr 20 UN Secretary General António Guterres asked the leaders of the Russian Federation and Ukraine to receive him in Moscow and Kyiv to discuss the situation in Ukraine, Stéphane Dujarric, spokesman for the Secretary General, said at a briefing. «Letters were handed over last night to the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation and Ukraine to the UN. In these letters, the Secretary General asks Russian President Vladimir Putin to receive him in Moscow and President Vladimir Zelensky to receive him in Kyiv,» Dujarric said. According to him, the Secretary General would like to discuss urgent steps to establish peace in Ukraine , as well as talk about the future of multilateralism.
