MOSCOW, April 21 Varvara Subbotina and Svetlana Kolesnichenko became the winners of the Russian synchronized swimming in a free program and in the sum of two programs. Athletes received 97.5333 points for a free program and 194.1106 points (the best total) in two programs. The second place was taken by representatives of Belarus Daria Kulagina and Vasilina Khondoshko (94.5333 and 188.4296), who competed among friendly countries of the Russian Federation. Valentina Gerasimova and Valeria Lazareva (92.1000 and 182.6716) became the silver medalists of the Russian Championship, Ekaterina Shilkina and Kristina Eliasyan (90.0000; 177.6975) became bronze medalists. In the mixed duets competition, Olesya Platonova and Alexander won the free program Maltsev (96.4667). In the sum of two programs, Maltsev, Platonova and Maya Gurbanberdieva, who performed in the technical program, also showed the best result (190.9095). The second place was taken by Kristina Averina and Mikhail Vasiliev (92.9333 and 184.1069), the third — by Elizaveta Zakharova and Artur Korshunov (86.1000). Zakharova, Korshunov and Alexandra Lyamasova also showed the third result in two programs (171.1022). Competitions in Kazan will end on April 22.
