Archival photoMOSCOW, April 22Negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv have stalled, Russia has not received a response from Ukraine to its proposals, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said. «Now they (negotiations) have stalled, because five days ago another proposal that we submitted to the Ukrainian negotiators, which was formulated taking into account their comments received at that time, it remains unanswered,» Lavrov said after negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Tleuberdi.
