MOSCOW, Apr 22 At least two-thirds of the inhabitants of southern Ukraine, in particular, Kherson region , parts of the Nikolaev region and Zaporozhye will vote for joining Russia if a corresponding referendum is held, Senator from Crimea Sergey Tsekov told RIA Novosti. «We must give people hope, the opportunity to freely express their point of view on such accession. I am sure if such the referendum will be held and will be held really freely, at least two-thirds of the inhabitants will vote for being in Russia,» he said.
