MOSCOW, Apr 24. Russian MMA fighter Sergey Khandozhko defeated American Dwight Grant at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) tournament in Las Vegas (USA). The fight lasted until the second round and ended with an early victory for the domestic athlete (knockout). For Khandozhko, this fight was the first since November 2019. The Russian had 35 fights in professional MMA (28 wins, six losses and one draw). Grant has 11 wins and five losses.
