“We still have a shell in the courtyard of our house in the village of Nekhoteevka, Polevaya Street, 2, after shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Experts say that it is safe and suggest that we get it ourselves. The shell crater is very deep, and these experts gave a conclusion after examining it visually,” the villager said under the post on the page of the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Degtyareva did not specify what kind of specialists in question.
“Of course, I am an amateur in this, but the education of an engineer and life experience suggests that everything is not so simple. My husband fought in Afghanistan and Chechnya, received a disability, but survived. He's not a coward, but I don't want him to die in his own yard, extracting this projectile from the ground. I beg you, please help,” she wrote. The owner of the house posted photos of the damaged tiled path in the yard.
In response, the head of the district, Pertsev, advised her to «contact the number 112 at the EDDS in the Belgorod district to work out the issue.» Three days earlier, on April 25, after the shelling, the clerk himself came to Nekhoteevka and examined the crater from the shell in the Degtyarevs' yard. He published a photo report on his VKontakte page. “Tomorrow, specialists will leave for Nekhoteevka to determine the necessary amount of work to restore damaged houses and a car,” he said.
As a result, Governor Gladkov himself reacted to the woman's complaint in the comments. “I spoke with the Ministry of Emergency Situations. They come to you,” he wrote.
