The Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 422 of the Tagansky District fined Google 3 million rubles for refusing to remove the clip of rapper Morgenstern «Rose Wine 2» on YouTube. This is reported by «RIA Novosti» with reference to the press service of the court.
The protocol under Part 4 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the company was drawn up on April 7. In June 2021, Alisher Morgenstern was fined 100 thousand rubles under an article on drug propaganda (part 1.1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the songs «Rose Wine 2» and «Family».
Because of the song «Whisky for Breakfast», an administrative case was also brought against his Rhymes Music label.
In November of the same year, the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee began checking Morgenstern's work in search of lines inciting drug use.
After that, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, criticizing the vices of modern Russia, said that Morgenstern «trades drugs, in fact, on social networks.»
In February 2022, in Naberezhnye Chelny, a protocol was drawn up against Morgenstern under the same article because of the clips for the songs El problema, Yung Hefner and New Wave.
