According to him, the detainee is an assistant for security officer, citizen of Ukraine Vadim Golda. «This citizen, acting deliberately, on the instructions of the OSCE security officer Aman Akhmedzyanov and foreign intelligence, collected and transmitted information about the location of the military personnel of the People's Militia of the DPR and industrial facilities, including state and defense purposes,» the statement says. in the publication. A criminal case was opened against Golda. It is not the first time that OSCE SMM officers have been detained in both the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
